One of the ways we communicate with parents and students is by using Facebook Groups. These are private groups only allowing into the group students and parents that train under us.

expect to find posts, updates and photos on:

• Events, happening in class, grading's, class schedule changes, Halloween and Christmas parties, Seminars and Championships

• Achievements,  belt presentations, Awards personal goals

• Relevant local events, summer fairs, fund raising

• A place to ask questions and ideas from students and parents
